College Prep Course - June

The college experience can be exhilarating, but it also brings many new challenges. To help young women aged 14-24 navigate these challenges with confidence, we offer a 90-min course to help them be safe on campus and beyond. 

During the course, you'll learn how to establish and maintain personal boundaries, respond appropriately in common situations, and tap into your inner voice. We'll cover how to avoid common safety traps, and give you alternatives so you can choose your own personal safety strategy. Much of the time will be spent learning the hands-on skills essential every woman needs to know for worst-case scenarios. With a maximum of 8 participants per session, our trainers can provide personalized attention and tailored advice.
