Most situations that compromise safety don’t start out clearly dangerous. They start with a subtle feeling — something feels off, but it’s hard to explain why.


In this live online session, we’ll explore what that feeling actually is, why women so often second-guess it, and what helps turn awareness into clear, confident action.


Using real-life examples and live demonstrations, we’ll talk through:

  • how everyday situations tend to unfold

  • common moments where women hesitate or freeze

  • how awareness, boundaries, and physical response work together

  • practical ways to respond sooner and more effectively


We’ll also discuss the role of making decisions in advance — so you’re not trying to figure everything out in the moment, and can respond with more clarity and confidence when something unexpected occurs.


This session is practical, grounded, and supportive. You don’t need any prior experience, and participation is always optional. We’ll leave time at the end for Q&A, so you can ask questions or explore how these ideas apply to your own life.
