After experiencing stalking herself, Tina trained with world-renowned self-defense expert John perkins for over 15 years. Today, her mission is to teach the real-world skills most of us were never taught - to as many women as possible.
She and her team of self-defense experts - all veteran instructors with 25+ experience under John Perkins - create classes that are dynamic, eye-opening, and surprisingly fun. They are dedicated to helping others become more empowered, supported, and transformed.

How It Works
Attend one or multiple classes per week.
White Plains — Tuesdays 6:30–7:30 pm
Nyack — Thursdays 7:00–8:00 pm
Sloatsburg — Saturdays 2:00–3:00 pm
Unlimited access across all locations for five weeks. Make-up options available.
Beginner-friendly. For all fitness levels and ages (12 and up).

This course will run from the second week in May (May 13th) to the second week in June (June 14th), and at three convenient locations:
White Plains: Tuesdays, 7:00 - 8:00 PM
Nyack: Thursdays, 7:00 - 8:00 PM
Sloatsburg: Saturdays, 1:30 - 2:30 PM
