Women’s Beginner Self-Defense

The perfect place to start if you’re new to self-defense, feeling a little intimidated, or want a supportive women-centered environment.

This class is designed for women and teen girls who want to build confidence through simple, real-world practice at a comfortable pace.

Mixed-Level Self-Defense

Also beginner-friendly, but open to men, women, and teens.

This is a great option for students who want ongoing practice, returning students after bootcamps or workshops, and anyone ready to keep building their skills.
