College Strong

She's Becoming More Independent. You Want Her to Be Ready.
College Strong™ is a hands-on, real-world self-defense training for the situations that come with college and greater independence—from commuting, travel, parties, social pressure, and moments when something simply doesn’t feel right.
She’ll learn to recognize concerns sooner, trust her instincts, use her voice, create space, and protect herself if needed—so she can step into this next chapter with practical skills, real experience, and greater confidence in her ability to handle herself.
No experience needed · No athletic ability required · Parents welcome to stay and observe
Knowledge is Power. Experience is Priceless.
There are important skills every girl should have as she becomes more independent. College Strong™ gives her the valuable opportunity to gain that knowledge — and put it into practice.
She’ll practice noticing red flags, trusting her gut, using her voice, creating space—and knowing how to act when something doesn’t feel right. The physical skills are simple, instinct-based, and designed to work under real-world pressure.
We believe the more she knows—and the sooner she acts when something doesn’t feel right—the less likely she is to ever need the physical skills. But God forbid she does, she’ll have experienced what it feels like to protect herself and get to safety.
She'll leave with knowledge, practical application, and a stronger belief in herself:
“I can handle myself if I need to.”
Training Connected to Real Life
Throughout College Strong™, we connect the training to real-life moments involving:
-
Parties and social gatherings
-
Parking lots, elevators, and stairwells
-
Travel and commuting
-
Alcohol and social pressure
-
Personal space and unwanted attention
-
Moments when something feels off—but she isn’t sure what to do
We approach these situations in a grounded, practical way that helps her recognize concerns sooner, make clearer decisions, and move with confidence.
Our Campus Confidence System™
College Strong gives students a practical framework they can carry into college and everyday life.

A Supportive, Engaging Experience
Many girls arrive feeling a little nervous or unsure of what to expect—and that’s completely normal. Once we get started, they settle in quickly and become fully engaged.
They’re learning important, real-world information and practicing skills most girls have never had the opportunity to try—but they’re also laughing, asking questions, and having fun.
The atmosphere is supportive, beginner-friendly, and designed to help every student participate at her own pace.
What Parents Are Saying
Jane S.

"Thank you from the bottom of my heart...Thanks to you, my college-bound daughter and her high school friends (and their moms!) gained a new realization of how to be proactive and aware...I already slept easier last night, knowing my daughter and her friends are armed with knowledge and skills to keep them safer on a daily basis. For that I am so grateful. Thanks again!"

"I just wanted to say how blown away I was by the class last night. The girls learned so much and were talking about it the whole way home. I can't express how glad I am that they got to experience this before leaving for school - I'm truly grateful for your time and support. Thank you!"
Natalie C.
Nyack, NY
"I feel so much better about Maggie going away to school now. The anxiety is still there of course, but it's a lot less now. Thanks to you, Joe, and Michael she's more aware and prepared for what's ahead. Thanks a million!"
