How It Works

Your registration gives you unlimited access for five weeks across all three locations. You can attend one or more classes per week — and change locations based on your schedule.

Weekly Class Schedule

Nyack — Thursdays 7:00–8:00 PM
White Plains — Tuesdays 6:30–7:30 PM
Sloatsburg — Saturdays 2:00–3:00 PM

After experiencing stalking herself, Tina trained with world-renowned self-defense expert John perkins for over 15 years. Today, her mission is to teach the real-world skills most of us were never taught - to as many women as possible.

 

She and her team of self-defense experts - all veteran instructors with 25+ experience under John Perkins - create classes that are dynamic, eye-opening, and surprisingly fun. They are dedicated to helping others become more empowered, supported, and transformed.

White Plains: Tuesdays, 7:00 - 8:00 PM
Nyack: Thursdays, 7:00 - 8:00 PM
Sloatsburg: Saturdays, 1:30 - 2:30 PM
