Planning Your Session
How long is a session?
+
Most private workshops run 90 minutes to two hours, depending on your group and goals. A 60-minute introduction is also available for community and workplace programs. We’ll help you choose the right format.
How many people can participate?
+
We offer individual sessions, mother–daughter training, and private groups of all sizes. If you share your estimated headcount, we can recommend a format that gives everyone time to participate.
Where can we train?
+
We can come to your home, workplace, or community space, or arrange a session at one of our locations in Nyack, White Plains, or Kingston, NY. Tell us your town and preferred setting, and we’ll discuss the available options.
What does it cost?
+
Pricing is based on the number of participants, session length, and location. We’ll provide clear options with just a few details about your preferences.
What do I need to provide as a host?
+
Pricing depends on the number of participants, session length, and location. Share a few details about what you have in mind, and we’ll give you clear options.
You don’t need a final headcount, venue, or date to get started. Tell us what you have in mind, and we’ll help with the next steps.
