College Strong

College Strong™ is a 3-hour real-world readiness workshop for teen girls and young women ages 12–24.

As girls become more independent, they need more than advice. They need practical tools they can actually feel, practice, and carry with them.

This workshop helps students build stronger awareness, clearer boundaries, more trust in their instincts, and simple physical self-defense skills that can be used in real-life situations.

Students will work through the LifeForce Campus Confidence System™:
