Join us for a private, two-hour College Prep Self-Defense class to give your daughter practical tools to stay safe as she becomes more independent. She’ll leave better prepared and more confident in her ability to handle herself, in college and beyond.

• Awareness and self-trust: How to be more aware, notice red flags sooner, and respond when something feels off.

• Boundaries and personal space: Setting clear limits with confidence, without overthinking or second-guessing herself.

• Knowing how to respond: Understanding options for uncomfortable or threatening situations, including those commonly encountered in college life.

• Simple physical skills: Practical, effective skills built on the natural power and instincts she already has.
