Great Job! You’re in.

Here's a short, guided practice to help you notice your internal yes and no — and start trusting what your body already knows.

Your body is constantly responding to the world around you.

Often, it knows before your mind catches up.That knowing might show up as:

  • A sense of openness or ease

  • Tightness or hesitation

  • Or a quiet internal yes, no, or "ummm" (=not sure)

This short practice is an invitation to notice those signals — without forcing clarity or trying to change anything.

Press play when you’re ready.

Yes-No

Using This in Everyday Life
As you go through your day — or this week — try this with small, low-stakes decisions:

  • What to eat

  • Whether to respond to a message now or later

  • Saying yes or no to an invitation

  • Choosing when to rest or move

Before you decide, pause for one breath and ask yourself quietly:

Is this a yes? A no? Or a maybe?

If you feel a clear yes or no — notice that. If you don’t — that’s information too.

You’re not trying to force clarity.
You’re learning to recognize it when it’s already there.

Over time, this builds greater clarity, confidence, and trust — in your body, your decisions, and yourself.
