Self-Defense Saturdays (Men & Women)


Training that builds awareness, confidence, and the ability to respond under pressure.


This is an ongoing, public self-defense class focused on practical skills, body awareness, and adaptable movement. Training emphasizes awareness,, boundary-setting, and simple physical responses taught in a engaging, supportive environment.



These classes are designed for adults (and teens 12+) who want to build muscle memory and lasting confidence — without committing to a multi-week program.

Open to men and women, ages 12+. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent.


No experience required. All fitness levels welcome.



Who It’s For

This class is a great fit if you:

  • want to build lasting confidence and reliable muscle memory

  • are home on weekends (college students, busy professionals, parents)

  • want time and repetition to practice skills without rushing

  • want a training option that complements Ladies’ Night or Bootcamp

$100 monthly (good for Self-Defense Saturdays only)



FAQ

Is this women-only?

No — this is a mixed class (men and women). Ladies’ Night and Bootcamp are women-focused.


Can I try it once before committing?

Yes — you’re welcome to drop in anytime.


Is this the same as Bootcamp?

No. Bootcamp is a structured multi-week transformative program. This class is for ongoing practice and skill-building over time.
