About

In this live online session, we’ll look at real-life examples and case studies that offer practical lessons for everyday safety. We’ll break down how situations tend to unfold, the patterns that show up again and again, and what helps prevent or handle moments when something doesn’t feel right.

We’ll also explore the role of mental rehearsal — calmly thinking through realistic situations ahead of time — a preparation tool commonly used in high-stress professions to support clearer, faster decision-making when the unexpected occurs.

We’ll leave time at the end for Q&A, so participants can ask questions, reflect on scenarios, or explore how these ideas apply to their own lives.
