About
Physical self-defense isn’t about strength, athleticism, or memorizing complicated moves. It’s about understanding what actually works in real life — and what doesn’t.
In this live online session, we’ll walk through the core physical skills women need for real-world situations, focusing on simple, adaptable movements that can be applied under stress. You’ll see demonstrations that highlight how responding immediately — even in small ways — matters far more than most people realize.
We’ll also talk about how to train in a way that increases your ability to respond under pressure, including understanding the freeze response, why it happens, and how to move through it into effective action. This isn’t about forcing yourself to be fearless — it’s about building familiarity and confidence so your body knows what to do when something unexpected occurs.
Throughout the session, we’ll place physical skills in context — alongside awareness, boundaries, and decision-making — so they make sense as part of real situations rather than isolated techniques.
We’ll also leave time at the end for Q&A, so you can ask questions or explore how these ideas apply to your own life.
